Instructions[To prepare your presentation, you must first register on the "Registration" page of this website as a presenter, and then submit your abstract via the "My submissions" page after logging in to the site]
Oral Presentation - Languages: English or French. - The first slide must include the Cold Forests Laboratory logo (available for download below). - Please include slide numbers and ensure that font size is readable. On the day of the presentation, please bring a USB stick containing your presentation in both .pptx and .pdf formats. Presentations will be uploaded to the conference computer—personal laptops cannot be connected.
Poster (Flash Talk) - The poster must include the Forêts Froides laboratory logo (available for download below). - Languages: English or French. - Font size must be at least equivalent to size 24 in Calibri (excluding references), to be adjusted depending on the font used, for maximum readability. You will give a 3–5 minute oral presentation of your poster. Printing the posters is not necessary, as they will only be presented orally in a short format. The presenter's name must be underlined in the list of authors on the poster.
